We are working on an optional course  “Belarusian cuisine”.

"Belarusian cuisine" is a practice-oriented series of lessons, aimed at familarization with the traditional and most delicious Belarusian dishes. At the beginning of each lesson there will be a short lecture about Belarusian cuisine, the other part of the lesson will be dedicated to the process of cooking.  The course will take place at the university’s laboratory with all the necessary equipment; the teacher is a qualified specialist in food technology.
